•1 TJ’s Broccoli Kale or Cauliflower Pizza Crust (or any crust of your choice)⁣
•TJ’s Kale Pesto Sauce (or you can use your favorite tomato sauce)⁣
•Asparagus, or other spring vegetables like peas, broccoli or mushrooms⁣
•Baby Spinach, or arugula⁣
•Cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, or whatever is looking good⁣
•Eggs (you can get these from the farmer’s market too)⁣
•Grated Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, or Feta cheese⁣
•Fresh Herbs⁣

👨‍🍳Pre-bake crust according to package directions (this is important – don’t skip it or you’ll have a soggy/chewy crust!).

Add your sauce, then top with lots of veggies!

Get creative and have fun – but make sure the veggies are sliced thin (or are small already).

Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Remove pizza and crack eggs over the top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake an additional 3-5 minutes until eggs are set (I like the yolks to be runny still).

Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Cut & enjoy!
