•1 TJ’s Broccoli Kale or Cauliflower Pizza Crust (or any crust of your choice)
•TJ’s Kale Pesto Sauce (or you can use your favorite tomato sauce)
•Asparagus, or other spring vegetables like peas, broccoli or mushrooms
•Baby Spinach, or arugula
•Cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, or whatever is looking good
•Eggs (you can get these from the farmer’s market too)
•Grated Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, or Feta cheese
👨🍳Pre-bake crust according to package directions (this is important – don’t skip it or you’ll have a soggy/chewy crust!).
Add your sauce, then top with lots of veggies!
Get creative and have fun – but make sure the veggies are sliced thin (or are small already).
Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove pizza and crack eggs over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake an additional 3-5 minutes until eggs are set (I like the yolks to be runny still).
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Cut & enjoy!
