Do you want to be as healthy as you can possibly be and know that changing some of the foods you eat would be a great start?

Whether you have Hashimoto’s diesease, high cholesterol, diabetes, or you just want to be healthier in general, making some changes to the food you eat can have a positive impact on your health.  We all know that eating “healthier” is good for all of us, but do you know there are specific foods that can be very helpful to add to your diet based on your specific health goals?

It can be very confusing to know where to start. You head to Google for some ideas but it all seems so overwhelming and you don’t really know what to believe.  The information you are reading may not be from a credible source or you may not know if it’s a credible source. What do you do now?  

Your healthcare provider might even provide a list of foods to add and foods to avoid but the list isn’t very long and you might have more questions after you leave their office. You go to the grocery store with enthusiasm to start a new way of eating but you can’t find the foods on the list or there are too many choices.  You are thinking to yourself “How do I know if this is a good brand?,” “Will this taste good?,” or “Will this provide the health benefit my doctor said it would?”
