Simple, quick, healthy & tastes good! … that’s what most of us are looking for in a weeknight meal. These Egg Roll Bowls are just that!⁣

🥢🥡Egg Roll Bowls – serves 3 (generous portions)⁣
2 Tbsp sesame oil⁣
3 cloves garlic, minced⁣
½ cup onion, minced⁣
5 green onions, sliced separating white & green parts⁣
1 lb. ground turkey (93% lean)⁣
½ tsp (or more) ground ginger⁣
1 Tbsp Sriracha or other chili sauce (more if you like it hotter)⁣
14oz. bag coleslaw mix⁣
3 Tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)⁣
1 Tbsp rice vinegar⁣
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds⁣
Salt & Pepper⁣

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and white portion of green onions. Saute until onions are translucent and garlic is brown. Add the ground turkey, ginger, salt, pepper, and sriracha. Cook until pork is cooked through. Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar. Saute until coleslaw is tender. Top with green onions & sesame seeds. Mix well & serve!⁣

🔪If you want to lower the fat, reduce the sesame oil to 1 Tbsp, and/or use 99% lean turkey! And if you need more fat, use ground pork or beef!
