Hi, I'm Sheena Lawrick, your virtual strength and fitness coach.

As a two-time Olympian and longtime CrossFit coach, I’ve lived the grind of elite training — and I’ve also lived the hormonal crashes, burnout, and rebuilding that comes after. That journey shaped the way I coach today: real-world strategies for real women, rooted in strength and sustainability.

My remote coaching is designed to make fitness feel doable again. You’ll get structure, expert guidance, and clear progress — all inside an app that tracks your growth and keeps us connected. Whether you’re lifting at home, traveling, or hitting the gym hard, we’ll adapt together. And yes, you’ll still sweat.
