Hi, I'm Sheena Lawrick, your virtual strength and fitness coach.

As a two-time Olympian and longtime CrossFit coach, I’ve lived the grind of elite training — and I’ve also lived the hormonal crashes, burnout, and rebuilding that comes after. That journey shaped the way I coach today: real-world strategies for real women, rooted in strength and sustainability.

My remote coaching is designed to make fitness feel doable again. You’ll get structure, expert guidance, and clear progress — all inside an app that tracks your growth and keeps us connected. Whether you’re lifting at home, traveling, or hitting the gym hard, we’ll adapt together. And yes, you’ll still sweat.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. We design programs for home gyms, commercial gyms, TONAL, and everything in between. We work with what you have.

How often will I need to work out?

It depends on your goals and your life. We build something realistic, not something that falls apart in week two. For most clients, 2–4 sessions per week is the sweet spot.

I haven't worked out in years. Can I still start?

Absolutely. We meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

What if I don't have time to work out?

Then we build something that fits the time you actually have. Short, consistent workouts beat long, sporadic ones every time.

What kind of workouts will I be doing?

Strength-first programming, with movement and cardio guidance built around your goals. We don’t do any punishment-style workouts. Just progressive, intentional training that builds something real.
